We all have those days when we feel like nothing is going right and all we want to do is wrap up in a blanket and ignore the rest of the world. It’s normal. The good thing about those days is that they don’t last; nothing lasts forever.
Feeling down and questioning everything usually comes at a time when we feel stuck. This could be with our career, our relationship, friendship or maybe even our location. There of course could be underlying issues like depression and anxiety which definitely shouldn’t be ignored but as long as these days aren’t happening all the time then they can certainly be worked on.
When I’m having a bad day, I tend to question everything. What am I doing with my life? Am I where I should be? Could I be doing something better? As much as I know these thoughts are normal, especially for a girl in her twenties who’s trying to build a career, juggle a social life, keep her relationship, save money and stay fit all at the same time, it sometimes takes more than a duvet day and a little cry to make myself feel better.
